Women In Petroleum is THE Petro event to inspire, motivate, grow, and recharge the women in your family business. The unique women-only atmosphere promotes openness, mentoring, expanding ideas, and a positive culture – that is then brought back to the entire team.
Women in Petroleum (WIP) is an exclusive, women-only event designed to inspire, motivate, grow, and recharge women leaders in the Petro industry. Being a female leader in this industry comes with a unique set of challenges–especially if you’re in a family business. WIP was created to address those unique challenges, providing powerhouse women with the strategies to overcome obstacles, build healthier company cultures, and continue growing as key leaders in the Petro industry.
Join us for an action-packed three days as we focus on YOU, women in petroleum. This conference is designed to support, empower, and strengthen the WOMEN, (who are rocking it!) in a predominantly male industry. Make new friends, network, and RECHARGE. Meet challenges with new information, new methods, and honed leadership skills!
