It has taken me two years to rebuild my team to reflect company culture. The BAKKEN oil boom require a significant increase in personnel and our culture and values took a back seat to just getting the job done. Post boom, my company suffered significant culture challenges. Replacing problem employees and training new management was demanding but very rewarding. We have an excellent crew in place and employee moral is excellent.
